DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

How to delete your SpectraPay account. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone. Withdraw any remaining balance and wait for pending transactions to finish first.

HOW TO DELETE

  1. 1.Open the SpectraPay app and log in.
  2. 2.Go to your Profile and tap Delete Account.
  3. 3.Enter your reason for leaving and your account password.
  4. 4.Tap Delete. Your account is deleted immediately.

DATA WE DELETE

  • Name, username, email, phone number and avatar
  • Password, transaction PIN and biometric login
  • Saved beneficiaries, support chats and notifications

DATA WE KEEP

Nigerian financial regulations require us to keep these records for at least five years after your account is closed. They are stored securely, are no longer connected to your profile, and are used only for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention and dispute purposes.

  • Transaction and ledger records (including bank details used for withdrawals)
  • Identity verification (KYC) records
